We want to make every step of working with us simple and easy, right the way through to delivery. 

Shipping

Delivery fees are based on the size/weight of the consignment and delivery address; they include packing and insurance so there are no extras to worry about. We can provide you with your delivery cost as soon as we have this information. 

We work with small private delivery firms in the UK who will provide a delivery window on the agreed delivery date.

Indicative Delivery Fees for the UK £60-£150 depending on delivery address

We also deliver around the world and use well regarded shipping firms. Or we can  work with a nominated carrier of your choice and can ship on client accounts. 

Installation 

We recommend that we float your Duck House for you. However, if this is not possible, we can provide a detailed instruction manual and remote support to ensure the smoothest sailing!

We also provide installation for all our other products including Bird Tables, Bridges, and other Follies. 

Indicative Installation Fees – 

Duck House Floating is typically around £250.00 + VAT

Bird Table installation is typically around £125.00 + VAT
